About Us

Chris' Caribbean Bistro was founded by Chris Campbell and is co-owned by his son, Ryan Campbell. This family ran business aims to elevate Caribbean cuisine in the Atlanta area and give people a new, unique taste of the islands.  From the bar, to the kitchen, to the outdoor patio, Chris Campbell has put together an experience that appeals to everyone and offers memories for all customers!


Chris Campbell is a native of the Caribbean and was born in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Raised in Jamaica, he found a love and passion for cooking. After leaving Jamaica and moving to the the U.S., Chris Campbell worked in a variety of restaurants and hotels until he opened his 1st restaurant in Austell, Georgia. He successfully ran this restaurant and moved to provide catering at the Atlanta Airport. With over 30 years in the restaurant business and Chris' travels throughout the world he has put together a wide array of flavors and recipes.

Chris' Caribbean Bistro is located in Smyrna, Georgia and offers a full bar and outdoor patio.  Through perseverance, hard work, talent and creativity Chris is able to offer new flavors in an industry in need of change.  Come in today and get a taste of the islands!
